RESTRAINT THE BIRD PROPERLY IN A TOWEL KEEP BIRD WARM AND DARK IN SMALL CONTAINER UNTIL YOU CAN SEE A VET There may not be a proper bird vet available in Tucson after hours. Be calm. The best thing may be to keep your bird warm, dark and quiet until you can reach us. There is staff available 8am-4pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We monitor calls on Monday and Tuesday, so LEAVE A MESSAGE! Dr. Latas may be available for ”telemedicine” even if she is not in the office.
